He we would discuss the outwardly moving Vyana Prana and its Dhananjaya Upa Prana (or Dhananjay Upa Prana) or simply Dhananjaya (or Dhananjay) … Vyana is light pink in color and Kurma is of a light blue which has specs of light pink color in it, that denote its association to Vyana Prana …

 

The 5th vital air or Vyana Prana …

While walking, as soon as a light pink color was visible, the eternal guide told to stop and said “This is the 5th vital air and is also called Vyana, as it moves in all outward directions …

The student looked and agreed as that pink colored vital air was moving in all directions, with a major movement of it being outwards … So the little student asked to clarify from the eternal guide “Is this moving more outwards than inwards” …

The eternal guide replied again with a smile … “Yes, this moves out of the air sheath at a greater rate as compared to its slight inward movement which is also there most of the time” …

The eternal guide then pointed and said … “Look at the outward movement and see that it is higher than the inward movement of this air and thus this air is believed to only move outwards, whereas when viewed from this cave of Prana, this vital air also moves inwards, though this inward movement is at a much-much lesser rate than the outwards movement of this air … This outwards movement of Vyana Prana is the reason for aura which is visible around a microcosm and the strength and shine of the aura depends on the amount of outflow of this 5th vital air … Thus, if there is a larger aura seen around anyone, then it directly means that the outward flow of this air is higher in that person … Higher is the outward flow of this vital air, stronger is the aura and stronger is this aura, larger is the expanse of that aura” …

The eternal guide continued … “There is an inward flow of vitality which enters from the etheric cord (silver colored cord which is present at the top of head) … Higher is an aspirant connected to allness of the multi-universe, higher is this inward flow within the etheric cord of that person … And higher is the inward flow, larger is the outward flow of vitality from the light pink colored Vyana Prana which is enveloping the physical and subtle body (Sookshma Sharira) of that person … Thus, those people who have a higher oneness (i.e. a stronger or deeper connection) to the Maker’s Makings (Multi-universe), then they also end up having a higher inward flow from that multi-universe and this inward flow enters into their etheric cord and dissipated out of their microcosm and through the outwardly moving 5th vital air (Vyana Prana) … And such persons always have a stronger and larger aura around their physical vehicles … All highly evolved aspirants, self realized, all realized sages have such larger and stronger auras because such aspirants also have a greater oneness towards allness and her each part” …

The little student had seen this earlier and thus he nodded in agreement …

The eternal guide continued “This 5th vital air envelopes each of the other four vital airs and also envelopes the five sub vital airs (of these five vital airs or Panch Prana)” …

The little student saw and nodded in agreement …

The eternal guide continued “This 5th vital air is present within all Chakras or chakras, but at the same time it is primarily residing within the sex Chakra or Swadhisthan chakra” …

The little student saw this fact and nodded in agreement …

The eternal guide continued … “This 5th vital air pervades all other vital and sub-vital airs and it thus is the subtler of all the other vital and sub vital airs … And since this air pervades all other vital airs, so there really is no part of the vital air sheath (Pranamaya Kosha) where lesser or larger traces of outward flows of this vital air (Vyana Prana) would not be present … Thus, upon closer observation, this vital air (Vyana Prana) would eventually be visible at all locations inside the vital air sheath (Pranamaye Kosha) of almost all aspirants” …

The little student saw and nodded in agreement, as this 5th vital air was really pervading all the vital and sub vital air’s …

The eternal guide continued … “This 5th vital air is the base of all the other four vital airs and their sub vital airs … And this 5th vital air (Vyana Prana) is also enveloping the other four vital airs and their sub vital airs due to its outwardly movement … Thus, ultimately this vital air would be seen to be surrounding all other vital air sub vital airs” …

The little student saw and nodded in agreement …

 

Functioning of Vyana Prana …

The eternal guide continued … “This 5th vital air (Vyana Prana) is connected to the 5th sub vital air (Dhananjaya Upa Prana) directly” and then the eternal guide showed that intersection to little student” …

The little student saw and nodded in agreement …

The eternal guide continued … “This 5th vital air takes its reserve energy from the 5th sub vital air” … The eternal guide then pointed to show the movement of energy field from the 5th sub vital air to the 5th vital air ‘and it is only through this indirect connection of the 5th vital air to the 5th sub vital air, that the 5th vital air or Vyana gets to be attached to all the other four vital airs and their four sub vital airs … In Yoga Tantra, the evolved sages have named this 5th sub vital air as an Upa Prana by the name of Dhananjaya Upa Prana (or Dhananjay Upa Prana)” …

The little student saw and nodded in agreement as this 5th vital air was only having its direct flows to the fifth sub vital air (or the fifth Upa Prana of Dhananjaya)” …

The eternal guide continued … “This 5th vital air is also connected to the mind body and the orb of mind within the causal body (Antahkarana Chatushtaya)” … And then the eternal guide pointed to a cave which was of a specific blue color and said “look at this 5th vital air connecting to the cave of mind directly and also see the flow and reverse flow which is present to and from this 5th vital air” …

The little student saw and nodded in agreement …

The eternal guide continued … “Thus, this 5th vital air has a direct flow to the 5th sub vital air and it also pervades each of the other four vital and sub vital airs and due to this reason, within each of the seven primary Chakras (the seven Chakra’s) this 5th vital air is also seen to be present in a minor amount … Due to this reason, the light pink color of this 5th vital air would be visible in all chakras” …

And then the eternal guide pointed and showed that the color of this 5th vital air  is also present around each cave that is present within the womb of ether of heart” …

The little student saw and nodded in agreement as this air was present within all the caves …

 

Vyana Prana and its Siddha body …

The eternal guide continued … “There is no part of the entire vital air sheath to which this air is not directly or indirectly connected … And due to this reason, the 5th vital air is as the final vital air that is to be self realized by any aspirant” …

The eternal guide continued further … “This 5th vital air (Vyana Prana) is the basis of a Siddha body which is of a Light pink color … Thus, it is due to this 5th vital air that the light pink body has its color … This 5th vital air relates to Avyakta Prakriti (i.e. that nature which from this plane of existence is a non-manifest non-present nature), which is also termed as Avyakta (which means as neither manifested nor present in the physical realms) and it is also termed as Avyakta Prana (non-manifest non-present vitality) … So, due to this reason, this 5th vital air (Vyana Prana) also denotes the link of an aspirant to Avyakta Prana and this link is through the aspirants vital air sheath itself … Avyakta is the root nature or the foundation of nature and the same Avyakta is also the root vitality or foundational vitality which drives the entire macrocosmic creation … All vitality that is present within the macrocosmic creation is a direct and/or indirect manifestation of Avyakta itself … This Avyakta is present adjacent to Brahmaloka, which means as the abode of creator as Avyakta itself is the creators vitality which is omnipresent within the entire macrocosmic creation due to it being the root vitality and the root of macrocosmic nature … The same Brahma Loka is also termed as the Sadyojata face of Sadashiva and the same face of Sadashiva is also termed as Sadyojata face of Shiva” …

 

Importance of Vyana Prana …

The eternal guide then told to listen carefully … “When the flows of this air get synchronized between the Mooladhara Chakra (or the root or basic Chakra) and the Brahmarandra chakra (or the crown Chakra), then it leads to a state that at a later stage leads to the rise of Kundalini Shakti (or the Serpent force) which till that time was dormant within the area that lies in the middle excretory organs … And when the 1st vital air (Apana Prana) unites to the 3rd vital air (Prana Prana) via the path of transit of intermediary the 2nd vital air (Samana Prana) and then this unioned state comes under a further union to the 4th vital air (Udana Prana), then only is the stage of initial rise of the Kundalini Shakti” …

The eternal guide continued further and told, now listen carefully to this part also … “And when along with these four vital airs, their sub-vital airs (Upa Prana) also get unioned to each other, then is the further rise of Kundalini Shakti … And when a further stage arrives where these four vital airs and their sub-vital airs are also arrived at their inner equanimity (Samta) to each other,  then it leads to a stage where the white pot of lighted butter (Amrit Kalash) which till this time was lying 2 to 3 finger breadths below the navel and towards the back bone, begins rising towards the Brahmarandra Chakra (or Sahasrara or crown Chakra which is as a thousand petalled lotus at the top of brain) … And then arrives a stage where the 4th vital air (Udana Prana) becomes supercharged within this union and this is what leads to a stage where the white pot of lighted butter (Amrit Kalash or Nectar pot) actually begins entering into the crown Chakra … This ultimately leads to a stage where the aspirant happens the full rise of Kundalini Shakti into the thousand petalled lotus at top of the brain (i.e. crown chakra or Sahasrara) …

And then the eternal guide continued even further and said … Listen carefully again … And when this entire combination of these four vital-airs and their respective four sub-vital airs enters into a further union to the 5th vital air (Vyana Prana) and thence a further union to the 5th sub-vital air (Dhananjaya Upa Prana), then the outwardly flows commence from that aspirant … This is the stage when that aspirant has a direct cognition of many-many subtle and divine realms (i.e. realms of Devi and Deva)” …

And the eternal guide then said, listen very carefully … And when this Amrit Kalash (Pot of nectar) which has lifted till the thousand petalled crown chakra at top of brain (i.e. Sahasrara), and thence the sound of Raam (Raam Naad, which in Vedic Lore is also termed as Shiva Taraka Naad and in the same Vedic lore it is also called as Shiva Taraka Mantra) also commences within the aspirant’s microcosm, which further leads to the rise of the consciousness pot (i.e. white pot of lighted butter or Amrit Kalash or Pot of nectar) till the eighth chakra (8th Chakra or Ashtama Chakra) and thence the self manifestation of the golden body (which can also be called as Hiranyagarbha Sharira or Tatpurusha Sharira or Buddha body of reality) also self manifests and reaches till the same eighth Chakra, then it leads to a further stage where that aspirant self realizes many-many Siddha worlds (Siddha Loka) also also self realizes many higher divine realms like those of Brahma Loka (the divine abode of the four faced grandfather and creator of allness i.e. Chatur Mukha Pitamah Brahma), Shivaloka (the abode of Paramguru Shiva) and also my abode (i.e. Vaikunth or abode of Sri Vishnu or the abode of the eternal guide or Sanatan Gurudeva) … Such an aspirant ultimately thus self realizes the entire Pancha Mukha Sadashiva, and where this self realization is also through the very subtle divine path of Sadashiva Pradakshina” …

The little student who was looking up towards the divine face of his eternal guide, understood it and nodded in understanding …

The eternal guide smiled and stated … “There is nothing beyond the self realization of Panch Mukha Shiva … Those who have self realized it and have also completed Sadashiva Pradakshina, become arrived at a sameness to Ganapati (Bhagwan Ganesha) … These aspirants are like children of Guru Shiva and Maa Shakti and they are the ones who are recalled back by Bhagwan Mahakaal (i.e. the lord of time and its eternal cycles) and Maa Mahakaali (the divinity of the lord of time and its eternal cycles) and this return back is also as per the demands of an incoming cycle of time  (Kaalchakra) and this return back is prior the then running human age cycle (Manav Yuga Chakra) is about to end and then a newer human age cycle (Manav Yuga) is about to commence … And since human age cycles are running within the cycle of precession of equinoxes, which in astronomy is also termed as Axial precession and is also called as Ahaata and also as Agragaman), so their return back is also as per that call of time cycles (Kaalchakra) which is related to the Agragaman chakra (or Ahaata Chakra or Axial precession) … Such aspirants who return back as per the call of time (Kaal) only return back to lay down a a very subtle yet solid foundation of an incoming human age cycle (Manav Yuga Chakra)” …

And then the eternal guide told … “As per the current call of time, a sage from Maheshwara (which as such means as a sage who has returned back from Tatpurusha face of Sadashiva) is about to render the path of the next human age, which shall be known as Guru Yuga … And within this incoming Guru Yuga (i.e. an age of sages) that would be lasting for about 10 millenniums as per Sri Krishna’s word to Maa Ganga, and that sage from Tatpurusha would be the one whose rendered knowledge would then be the foundational base of all physical, subtle and divine systems … This sage of Maheshwara would also be a Yogi of Vyana Prana and thus he would also hold the Siddha body of Vyana Prana (i.e. Avyakta Sharira), because unless one is a yogi of Vyana, ones rendered path can never be all enveloping and all pervading, which as such is the primary requirement of ways of life that would be during the incoming Age of Sages (i.e. Guru Yuga) and all enveloping and all pervading is a characteristic of Vyana Prana only … Thus, that sage of Tatpurusha, would definitely be holding the Siddha body of Avyakta, which as such is a Siddha body of a light pink body” …

And then the eternal guide said, “during those coming times, you would hear about him soon … Guru Yuga is an age of sages and it is called such because it actually is a human golden age (Manav Satyuga or Manav Kritayuga) which runs within the longer time span of a divine degenerate age (Deva Kaliyuga) … And in this age cycle, Brahma (Grandfather and creator of allness) would be Pitamah Gurudeva (Grandfather guru), Shiva in his five faces (i.e. Panch Mukha Shiva) would be Supreme Guru (Paramguru) and Maa Adi Parashakti would be the mother Guru (Matri Guru) of allness and her each part” …

Then the eternal guide pointed to himself and said, in that Guru Yuga, “That one (eternal guide or Sanatan Gurudeva) would be the Guru (guide) that resides in and is of allness and her each part … In that Guru Yuga, the Aamnaya Peetha (i.e. the four Vedic monasteries, which are also called as Vyasa Peetha) would be universally accepted, Vedas would be the primary way of life and these four Vedic monastery would be the rulers of rulers … This is because, a Guru Yuga is a Vaidik age” …

And the eternal guide halted for a while to see if the student was following the lecture and then he continued saying, we shall now continue the lecture on the white pot of butter … “When the Apana Prana (i.e. red colored vital air at the area which is lower than the pelvis) shall enter into and then unite to the Samana Prana (i.e. air around the abdomen), then the white colored Shivalingam shall manifest in the navel … This is the Nabhi Lingam which is of a matt white color, it is placed towards the spinal column and is bent towards the spine” …

And then the eternal guide continued … “And as was told earlier, when all the five Prana and their Upa Prana would also unite in their equanimities, then this is when the white pot of lighted butter rises up towards the crown chakra (Sahasrara) and then it ultimately enters into the 8th Chakra (Ashtama Chakra) … This is what leads to the rise of white buttery light till the eighth Chakra and it ultimately leads to Nirbija Samadhi (seedless trance) which itself is the path to attainment of Bodhichitta (union of knowledge and consciousness) and which denotes an impressionless state of consciousness of the aspirant (Samskara Rahit Awastha of Chitta) … Such aspirants ultimately self realize all subtle, divine and Siddha Realms (Siddha world or Siddha Loka) because they ultimately attain to all Siddha bodies (Siddha Sharira) … They become like the entire macrocosmic creation even within their then incarnated forms, but they never show this aspect or display it to those who don’t deserve to see this aspect of theirs … Such aspirants are the ones who see Vishvaroop Brahma (i.e. the entirety of Maker’s Makings) to be within their own tiny microcosm … These aspirants are the one who hold the Param Siddhi (i.e. the supreme Siddha’s) and not even a handful of all microcosm’s who have ever begun within the genius of Makers Makings, have ever attained to this state of being the entire macrocosm, within a human form … And such aspirants can also choose to be as Brahmavdhoot (i.e. being that aspirant, who already was an Avadhoota prior returning back to the physical realms as per a later call of time and its eternal cycles) … And if they don’t accept suchness, then they merge to the entirety of Panch Brahma (five faces of Brahma, which itself is the same as five faces of Shiva), but after their self-union to the colorless crystal like Ishana face of Sadashiva … And then such aspirants rest … But only until they are recalled again by the Lord of time (Mahakaal) and his eternal divinity (Maa Mahakaali)” …

And the eternal guide continued … “When the 5th vital air along with the 5th sub vital air is within a dormant state, then it lies in the Swadhisthan chakra (or in simple words, the sex Chakra) … But this dormancy is only until the aspirant has arrived at a state of evolutionary ripeness and rightness that is necessary for the rise of Kundalini Shakti, which ultimately proceeds into and beyond the eighth chakra (Ashtama Chakra) as we have already discussed earlier on … But the main criterion for rise of Kundalini Shakti till the eighth Chakra is an impressionless state of consciousness (Samskara Rahit Awastha of Chitta) and whose base path is of Hridayakasha Garbha Tantra which is being told right now” …

The little student who still was looking at the divine face of his sterna guide, understood and nodded in affirmative …

Then the eternal further told … “When the orb of consciousness (i.e. orb of Chitta) of the bliss sheath (Anandamaya Kosha) has arrived at a certain critical mass of subtlety due to the presence of subtler impressional fields within it, then only does the white colored light of Ojas begin manifesting in the navel area and simultaneously a very subtle yellow colored light begins manifesting at the base of spine … This white colored light is Ojas Shakti and it relates to Chitta (consciousness) and the subtle yellow colored light is of Knowledge (Vijnana) … and thence, after the white pot enters into the thousand petalled crown chakra (Brahmarandra Chakra) then the Bodhichitta is self realized in the heart area … white colored light of Ojas which denotes consciousness) unite to each other in the eighth chakra (Ashtama Chakra) then is the stage when Bodhichitta (the word, Bodhi relates to knowledge and Chitta relates to consciousness) is self manifested in an area which is close to the third eye Chakra (or Ajna Chakra) … This is why some texts state Bodhichitta is self realized in the heart area and some other texts state that Bodhichitta is self realized in the head area … But all this is only possible after arriving at an impressionless state of consciousness (Samskara Rahit Awastha of Chitta) whose base or root path is none other than that of Hridayakasha Garbha Tantra” …

The little student nodded in understanding whilst looking at the pristinely divine face of his eternal guide …

 

Studying Vyana Prana …

And then the eternal guide said to the student … “Tell as you look, where all does this 5th vital air connect” …

The little student started off “This air connects to all chakras, primarily the root or base Chakras or Mooladhara chakras and it also connects to the crown Chakra or the Brahmarandra chakra, as also this air is present in the heart chakra, but not as much as it is in these other two chakras … However this air seems to be primarily present in the sex Chakra (or Swadishtan chakra) … This air is present as an envelope around the three subtle channels and it is primarily enveloping the central channel (Sushmuna Nadi) … This air is also present out of the physical vehicle and it extends till the first auric layer of the physical vehicle … This air seems to be controlling the general movements of fluids within the body including the red colored blood and yellowish white fluid of lymph nodes … Along with other four vital airs, this vital air is also present around the nerves of brain and the spinal cord … It also looks like that this vital are is present around the optic nerve right from somewhere behind the eye till the left brain and the auditory nerves from the outer to the middle ear and this air extends till somewhere within the right brain … This air is also having a reverse flow (i.e. an inward flow in lieu of its normal outward flow) in those areas where there is a deficiency of flows and dynamism of other vital airs” … And finally the little student said “this air is present around all other vital airs too” …

The eternal guide said … “Now look at this air as it moves from–to, within the physical body” …

The little student continued … “It moves outwards from the body till the first auric layer around the skin i.e. it is present within the skin nerves and thus it looks like that this vital air may even be the reason for sensations of skin … It moves outwards till the separations of other airs from their subs (sub vital airs or Upa Prana), so it also seems that this vital air is assisting in separation of other vital airs from each other and in addition to this, this 5th vital air also maintains its separation from other vital airs … This air is also taking out the excesses of flows of all other vital airs and these flows which are taken out are the reason for ones aura … And then the little student looked to the eternal guide to confirm this …

The eternal guide said … “Separation of 5th vital air is maintained from all other vital and sub vital airs, by the 5th sub vital air (Dhananjaya Upa Prana) … And at the same time, since this 5th vital air is the subtlest of all vital and sub vital airs, so it also pervades them … And also at the same time, since this 5th vital air is outwardly moving,  so it is also enveloping all other vital and sub vital airs … Due to its outward movement, is also prevents the buildup of excess of vitality in the vital air sheath (Pranamaye Kosha) and thus it also prevents many diseases which would have manifested in the physical vehicle, if this air was not involved in evicting of excesses from the physical vehicle … But at the same time and as was told earlier, this 5th vital air is the subtler of all others … Now again see what you can and then tell as you see” …

The little student asked how can this air separate when it is of a differing subtlety from all other airs … An external entity can maintain separation only if it is of sameness of subtlety to the two separated entities …

The eternal guide said … “It does, as it takes the excess from the other vital and sub airs and evicts that excess outwards from the body and thus balances all of the other airs so as to prevent a buildup of excess and under’s of vitality in them” …

And then the eternal guide while pointing to a sub air said “look at this outflow from the 5th sub vital air and other sub vital airs (or Upa Prana) which also let go of their excesses into this 5th vital air, which due to the outflows of this 5th vital air are being sent out of the body, but only after ensuring the optimum levels of vitality are maintained within the body systems … And it is this outflow which makes the hair stand up in the body, as this outflow can also get statically charged when it moves through the various vital and sub vital airs of the body” …

The little student nodded in agreement based on earlier experiences of hair standing up for no reason …

And the eternal guide continued … “If the 5th vital air or Vyana Prana was not there, then all these vital airs and their sub vital airs would have gotten mixed up in totality … As also, the delivery of a child would have been a problem if this 5th vital air was not there … During delivery of a child, the 1st vital air (or Apana Prana) unites to the 5th vital air (Vyana Prana) … And since the Vyana Prana is present everywhere in the body, so this air pulls the vitalities of all other airs and transfers it to the downward moving vitalities of the Apana Prana and this excess of vitality is what is needed to expel the baby out of the mother … Prior to the birth of a baby, the 5th vital airs of mother and child separate out and this is what causes the baby’s head to be inverted in comparison to the head of the mother … And after the baby is evicted out of the mother’s womb, then this is the air which sends strong bursts to the other vital airs so as to commence the process of life in the baby, like breathing etc. …

And then the while pointing to another location, the eternal guide said “Look at the outflow from the sub airs and tell what is seen” …

The little student saw what was required, but there was no outflow from any of the vital airs directly to this 5th vital air and hence looked up again to the guide …

The guide smiled and said … “Yes, this vital air does not have any connection of flow directly to the other vital airs and this air has outflows only coming to it from the sub vital airs of other vital airs, when these sub vital airs connect to the sub vital air of this 5th vital air … Thus, even when you see this 5th vital air to be present everywhere and it seems that it is connected to all other vital airs, but the connection of this 5th vital air to other vital airs is an indirect one and where the 5th sub vital air (Dhananjaya Upa Prana) is the one which connects to the sub-vital airs of other vital airs … So that means, only the 5th sub-vital air (of the 5th vital air) is the one from where the 5th vital air derives its flows so as to evict the excesses of other vital airs and thus keep the body healthy …

The little student said … “But the Pranic scriptures do not state this” …

The eternal guide said … “That’s the problem of the one who wrote them … We don’t need to bother about what was written earlier, when it really is not there within the cave of Prana” …

The eternal guide asked the student “Tell as is seen of this vital air’s link with the cave of desires” … And then the eternal guide pointed in a direction …

The little student saw the desires entering and then continued “as the desires enter this air, short bursts of energy are manifested within this vital air and it is this energy which leads to a slight inward movement of this air, as it then moves to the one or more of the other four sub vital airs through its own sub-vital air (i.e. the 5th sub vital air) ” …

The eternal guide said to the student “look properly, are the flows of the 5th vital air directly connected to the flows of all of the other-four sub vital airs or just the 5th sub vital air” and then the eternal guide pointed out to show the 5th sub vital air (or Dhananjaya Upa Prana)” …

The student looked and said … “Just to the 5th sub vital air (or Dhananjaya Upa Prana)” … But last time it was connected to all the sub vitals and this connection is now just to 5th sub vital …

 

Vyana Prana and its jobs …

The eternal guide smiled and told “Listen carefully now … This 5th vital air or Vyana has no limitations of its existence and had it not been so then it’s 5th sub-vital air or Dhananjaya would not even be able to effect a harmony of circulation, breathing, nervous systems, lymphatic systems, sub-conscious actions, sixth sense as it is called, the sensory organs and the other actions which are involuntary … The eternal guide continued speaking … And since this vital air and its sub vital are present everywhere, so this duo also leads to a harmonious balance in all parts and organs of the body … Since this duo of 5th vital and 5th sub vital is present everywhere in the vital air sheath (Pranamaya Kosha) so this is also the one which leads to eviction of excesses and under’s of flows and this balance keeps happening as their own flows and dynamism moves everywhere in the body … If one of the vital air has an excess of vitality (flows and dynamism) building up, then the 5th sub vital which is also present everywhere, absorbs that excess from the sub-vital air of that vital air (i.e. the one which has that excess) and then after  these excesses of flows enter the 5th vital air, then these excesses are thrown outwards due to the outwardly movement of this air from the body … And during this outward movement, as and when these flows enter an area where there is an under of flows, then these excesses are also absorbed at that place or point (or that vital air) … And then the final excess is what gets evicted out by this outwardly moving 5th vital air and this is what leads to an aura … When the excesses are left in points or vital airs which have reduced vitalities, then this is what would be seen as a reverse flow (i.e. inward flow) of vitality in the 5th vital air … But ultimately this reverse flow is also the reason for maintaining a state of balance and harmony in the body … Thus, all of those small small jobs which are needed to main inner harmonious state of the body are carried out by this duo of the 5th vital air and 5th sub vital air … Most of the proper functioning of all involuntary jobs of the body are either directly or are indirectly maintained by this 5th vital air and maintenance of these involuntary jobs is the reason for slight reversal of movement of vitality in this vital air” …

And then the eternal guide said … “So, it is during these involuntary jobs and jobs which are related to maintenance of balance and harmony of the body, that these reverse flows (i.e. reverse of the normal outwardly flows) shall be seen in the 5th vital air … However, if any desire manifests which requires a stronger burst to be given to the vital airs which is beyond the capacity of the 5th sub vital air, then this 5th vital air directly sends these bursts of flows to the respective sub vital airs which are connected to their respective vital airs … And at at such a time, we shall also see a slight inward flow of prana or vitality from this 5th vital air directly to the other sub vital airs (including the 5th sub vital air which is directly connected to the 5th vital air) … And at any other time (other than the time when strong bursts of energy are required to do a job) this flow to all other sub vital airs is not even there, because of the fact that, at that time, the 5th sub vital air can handle this job on its own … So basically, till the 5th sub vital air can handle it alone and still maintain a balance of Prana’s within the vital air sheath (Pranamaye Kosha), this 5th vital air does not even bypass its eternal mediator i.e. the 5th sub vital air (or Dhananjaya Upa Prana)” …

And the eternal guide continued further and told … “The frequency of bypass of the 5th sub vital air is what governs the stability of the mind sheath also (as the vital air sheath is directly connected to the mind sheath or Manomaya Kosha) … Higher is the stability of mind sheath (or in other words, the Manomaye Kosha), more stable is the mind … More stable is the mind, lesser it wanders and higher evolved that aspirant is … Due to this reason, highly evolved ones do not even have single sign of bypass of the 5th sub vital air, by the 5th vital air … So, if we need to know the evolutionary standing of anyone, just observe the bypass as explained here” …

And then the eternal guide said … “This 5th vital air is even present in macro-elemental ether Akasha Mahabhuta  … And since ether pervades all the other four macro-elements, so this vital air would also be found to be present in the other macro-elements of air (Vayu Mahabhoot), fire (Agni Mahabhoot), water (Jal Mahabhoot) and earth (Bhu Mahabhuta) … In fact, this 5th vital air is the primary vital air of macro-elemental ether (Akasha Mahabhoot)” …

The eternal guide continued further and told … “This 5th vital air is also present within quality of action (Rajoguna) and quality of inertia (Tamoguna) and this is even when it is grosser than the quality of inertia (Tamo Guna) and quality of action (Rajo Guna) when we view it from within the vital air sheath (Pranamaya Kosha) of an aspirant … However, when this 5th vital air is observed from within its cave (that is present in the womb of ether of heart), then it is found to be much subtler due to its closeness to the cave of consciousness, knowledge and wisdom  … Inside the cave of ether of heart, this 5th vital air is the prime reason for manifestation of Yoga Agni (or the fire of austerities) within which the unseeding of impressions (or Samskaras) takes place … The Yoga Agni (or fire of austerities) manifests in the womb of ether of heart only after a critical stability is arrived at within the 5th vital air or Vyana (stability is when lesser number of bypasses are occurring over a time frame) … This air also drives the dimensions into their eternal motion … And when this vital air is fully stable, then a Samadhi (or deeper meditative absorptions) is attained because if it loses its extra turbulence due to the earlier told bypasses of the 5th sub vital air, then calm is all there is for the aspirant (i.e. in absence of bypasses, the disturbance is less and thus, the mind sheath is also calmed) … As was told earlier, that if the bypasses of this vital air are absent, then it denotes that the other vital airs are also balanced and thus are in harmony, long before this 5th vital air has arrived at a state of calmness due to absence of bypasses of vitality” …

And then the eternal guide continued even further … “As also, when the other vital airs are united to the 5th vital air, then the aspirant has visions of subtle and divine realms … This leads to a direct cognition of those subtle divine worlds … This is also the stage when this 5th vital air is united to other four vital airs and then these five vital airs and their sub vital airs have already arrived at equanimity to each other … This leads to the rise of a white light in the Sushumna Naadi (central channel) which unites to the mind body and ultimately fills up the mind body … This leads to Shakti Shiva Yoga in the aspirants physical vehicle itself and ultimately it reaches the stage where the Siddha Sharira (Siddha Body) of Ardhanarishwara is attained by the aspirant … But at this stage, there is also an excess of vitality in the body, that the flows and dynamism of all vital airs becomes humongous” …

The little student asked the eternal guide … “Why has the inner peace been broken since we came to this cave and why are these strange shivering energy felt inside the body which sometimes seems like there are air bubbles rising up inside the body” …

The eternal guide said … “Its normal and this movement shall be even higher when we shall get into the cave of action which is our next cave of study … This was the reason why you (pointing to the little student) would need to put a warning for this part of the text for those readers who just read to know instead of what it should be as reading to accomplish and thus such ones are not really those serious aspirants for whom this lecture is given” …

And then the guide looked at the little student and said while smiling “that loss of peace and shivering also won’t last long, as when we enter the cave of inertia, these those earlier actional aspects (which were due to the effects of being in cave of action) would get counteracted by the inertia (which is present in the cave of inertia)” …

Then the eternal guide said, now we would begin walking towards the 5th sub vital air or Dhananjaya Upa Prana, so as to study it …

 

5th sub vital air or Dhananjaya Upa Prana or Dhananjay Upa Prana …

The little student walked with the larger frame of the eternal guide and with the eternal guide still holding on to the students little hand … They walked silently within the pink color of the 5th vital air because the little student had no more queries, so he just kept looking  around in that pink color which was enveloping them as they walked through the 5th vital air (or Vyana Prana) …

After a short walk, the eternal guide pointed to a light blue color that was about to be arrived by them and he said “That is the 5th sub vital air (or Dhananjaya Upa Prana or Dhananjay Upa Prana), as it is also called” …

Then eternal guide told … “As an aspirant keeps evolving, he (or she) also keeps arriving at an ever higher oneness to allness and thus his (or her) inner subtlety also increases … Higher is ones inner subtlety, lighter is the color of this 5th sub vital air … Lower is ones subtlety, darker would be the color of the 5th sub vital air of that aspirant … As also, if an aspirant is still resting in grosser deeds, thoughts, emotions and desires which relate to aspects of individualism, then in such a state, the color of this sub vital air is a darker shade of blue which also has darker red microscopic specs in it … These red colored microscopic specs denote the the quality of action (Rajoguna) … As also a fact, that, all the sub vital airs (all Upa Prana) are primarily related to the macrocosmic attribute of inertia (Tamoguna) which as such is of a blue color and it is due to this reason that all these sub vital airs (Upa Prana) are of a blue color … And because these sub vital airs are directly related to and are also manifested from the quality of inertia (Tamo Guna), so they also become a stability causing factor as far as the actional aspects of  vital airs (Prana) are concerned” …

The eternal guide continued further … “And on the contrary, the vital airs are related to attribute of action (Rajo Guna), so the vital airs provide actional and thus instability … Unless there is an instability in Vital airs, they can never provide the spark to be actional and unless action (that is of the vital airs) is enveloped and thus restricted by inertia, the action would lead to an inner imbalance within each microcosm … Unrestricted action leads to chaos of al types and it was due to this reason, each vital air, which is related to action (Rajoguna) is separated from other vital airs by its own sub vital air … So, it is due to this reason, that the actions of any microcosm are neither self destructive, nor are they all destructive and the reason for this is that the actional vital airs are having their own inertial sub vital airs with them” …

The little student nodded for confirming understanding …

Then the eternal guide said … “This is 5th sub prana or 5th sub vital air or Dhananjaya Upa Prana as it is also called … Dhananjaya Upa Prana is the mother of all Upa Prana (or sub-vital airs) … As also, this 5th sub prana is the one to which all sub Prana’s are connected to … As also, this 5th sub vital air is the one from where all the sub vital airs or Upa Prana’s converge into … All Upa Prana are of sameness of subtlety and on the contrary, the five vital airs (or Five Prana or Pancha Prana) are of different subtleties” …

The little student looked at the divine face of eternal guide and nodded in understanding …

Then the eternal guide continued further … “Thus, if we discuss just one sub-prana, then all shall be known … This is because, the only difference in these Upa Prana’s is in the jobs that they do and there really is no difference in their subtleties … This differences of jobs of sub vital airs as such leads certain differences within the Upa Prana’s which as such are their differences of impressional handling capability and thus slight differences in their colors are also seen, but since we have already undergone through the de-impression exercise, so we may not even find those differences in these Sub-Prana’s, except of course a very slight differences there still may be due to their placements with their own specific Prana’s or vital airs … As such, the Upa Prana’s which are with subtler vital airs are lighter in colors and the ones which are with the grosser airs are slightly darker in colors and these differences are external to these Upa Prana and are only due to the different jobs that these five Upa Prana’s do for their respective vital airs … But in reality, all these Upa Prana’s are of the same subtlety … As also, the associations of sub vital airs with their respective vital airs, also leads to slight differences in the superimposed colors that are seen within them and this superimposition also is such that, slight amounts of colors of vital airs are visible within their respective sub vital airs and where these superimposed colors of vital airs are seen as microscopic patches of colors which are present within these Upa Prana and where these colors also correspond to the colors of vital airs which are related to (or united to) by these sub vital airs” …

The little student nodded for confirming understanding …

The eternal guide continued telling … “Since the 5th Sub Prana (or 5th Upa Prana) a associated to the 5th Prana (Vyana Prana) which is enveloping all other vital airs, so the 5th Upa Prana is also enveloping all the other Prana’s and thus a blue hue was earlier seen by us when we were approaching the part of cave of Prana, where this 5th Upa Prana is present … As also, since this 5th sub vital air or Upa Prana is connected to the 5th vital air or prana, which is also pervading all other Prana’s, so the flows of vitality through the 5th Upa Prana are two way i.e. Inward and also outwards … And the 5th sub vital air is also having the same two way flow of vitality from the other sub vital airs (or Upa Prana’s)” … So, if we observe carefully, then it would be seen that the 5th sub vital air is having an indirect flow from the first till fourth vital airs and also their respective sub vital airs … Thus, this 5th sub vital air is also the primary link between the 5th vital air and the other four vital airs, but this link through the four sub vital airs of these other four vital airs … And since the 5th sub vital air also separated the 5th vital air from the other four vital airs and their sub vital airs, so due to this reason, the 5th sub vital air (Dhananjaya) is also the reason for absence of a direct direct contact between the 5th vital air and the other vital airs and their respective sub vital airs” …

The little student nodded for confirming understanding as such a flow of vitalities was already visible to him …

The eternal guide continued … “This 5th sub-vital air is thus an indirect link between the 5th vital air and all other four vital airs … Just for information, the 5th vital air does not even link to any other vital or sub vital airs unless the 5th sub vital air is unable to handle the flows within it, which as such is when the desires of an aspirant are such that they lead to a higher turbulence within the vital airs, which in turn leads to excesses of vitality to get manifested within such vital airs and where that manifested vitality is beyond the instantaneous handling capability of the 5th vital air … Only in such a case does the 5th vital air directly associate to other fur vital and sub vital airs and where this association is also to only evict the excesses out of the aspirant’s vital air sheath (the 5th vital air has outward flows and through these outward flows are the excesses evicted out of the aspirant’s vital air sheath)” …

And then the eternal guide pointed his finger to the little student and said “As is right now is … Within this one” …

The little student looked and smiled as the eternal guide had come to know of that excess of desire to know about these vital air and sub-vital airs … Plus, the eternal guide was proceeding very slowly in his lecture, which was also leading to an increase in that desire to learn …

Then the eternal guide told … “They all were one and the same in their originality and in the finality also, they would be one and the same … This is because, during the origination stage of Makers Makings, the vital airs had desired to be many, so many is what they eventually became in their manifestations as Prana” …

Then the eternal guide continued further … This fact is the one that was told by ancient Vedic sages as “Ekohum Bahusyami, which means, I essentially am one, but I manifested as many … And this manifestation of ‘one as many’ was because it had desired to be such and thus such it eventually became … As anyone desires, so are the thoughts, emotions and deeds and due to this reason, in the core of anything, is the desire for that thing … And because desires are the core of everything, so this was also the reason for self realized, all realized sages to state, that unless one is free of desires, one cannot ever be free of thoughts, emotions and deeds and unless one is free of these all, the state of oneness to the innermost essence (Atman) which itself is the attributeless infinite absolute being (Brahman) also can never be attained … And unless this is attained, one can never be as a mere witness of all the plays and sounds of allness and her each part … And unless this state naturally arrives, what liberation (Kaivalya) is being talked about …

 

Little student’s enquiries and eternal guide’s replies …

The student confirmed his understanding and then asked the eternal guide … “But why know all these different manifestations of the vital airs, when they are just one and the same?” …

The eternal guide said … “We could come to that later, first lets finish the present part of the learning on liberation (Moksha)” …

The little student nodded in understanding …

And then the eternal guide told, listen to this carefully as it denotes the lack of understanding of final liberation even by the teachers who exist within this degenerate age …

  • Unless one is already fully, finally and permanently isolated from allness and her each part, i.e. one is already stationed within Kaivalya Moksha, what liberation is anybody talking about in this degenerate age (Kaliyuga) …
  • A fully liberated one holds no accomplishments (Siddhi) … How can anyone be fully liberated (i.e. fully, finally and permanently isolated from allness and her each part) unless one is also isolated (or detached) from earlier cause and effect, which as such were the foundation of ones accomplishments …
  • A fully accomplished one (I.e. a Siddha who has already accomplished all that is to be ever accomplished within the entirety of Maker’s Makings), can never be fully liberated … What liberation unless one is also liberated from all accomplishments and irrespective of what those accomplishments are …
  • Thus, unless one is also liberated from Karma (deeds or cause) and their Karma Phala (fruits or effects), what Kaivalya (full isolation from allness and her each part i.e. a final liberation) is anyone talking about …
  • Thus to get to this final state of liberation (i.e. fully, finally and permanently isolated from allness and her each part or Kaivalya Moksha), there needs to be a freedom from all merits (fruits of all deeds that are ever done or undergone by an aspirant), which itself is through a desireless state and which itself is through the path of detachment to allness and her each path … And to get to this desireless state, the path can never be any other than that of ‘equanimity towards allness and her each part (i.e. Sarva Samta)’ … Unless there is such an all pervading, all enveloping equanimity, the aspirant can never be free of desires, which itself are the base of deeds and fruits (i.e. desires are the root of cause and effects) … Thus was the reason for concepts of equanimity (Samta) within Yoga Tantra
  • But to get to this state, a full detachment from allness and her each part is what stands primary … And this was the reason for concept of Pratyahara in Yoga Tantra …
  • Kaivalya or Moksha, which means a full, final and permanent isolation from allness and her each part and which essentially denotes a fullness of independence from allness of self expressed, self present and self sustained desire of Maker (i.e. the entirety of Makersmakings) and which itself is the root of Karma and Karma Phala (i.e. desires are the deeds and fruits or cause and effect) is the one that was told as Karmamukti (i.e. liberation from all four primary merits or four primary Karma, which include accumulated merit (Sanchit Karma), destined merit (Prarabdha Karma), future merit (i.e. merit yet to manifest or Agami Karma) and currently underway merit (i.e. Kriyamaan Karma) … Unless one is stationed in Karmamukti (freedom from all Karma or Karma Phala, which in turn means isolation from all deeds and their fruits and which as such means as a liberation from all cause and effects), what liberation is anybody talking about” …

The eternal guide then looked at his little student and said … “Now we come to your earlier query … The reason for these Prana’s to be many, is because this one (pointing to the little student) has still not desired that these Prana’s, be one … So if this one can arrive at oneness of Prana’s, within a non desire to not do anything any further, a non desire to not be anything any further, no desire to not go any anywhere any further (i.e. rest within the wise words, that there is nothing to do, nowhere to go and nothing to be) and whilst resting within macro-equanimity (i.e. equanimity towards allness and her each part), then these Prana’s shall be one under such a nonness of desire … This is as, just arriving at the intersection of the 8th mega sphere is not enough to not do, not be and not go any further … And when this one shall have been to the 9th sphere of macrocosmic nature (i.e. Para Prakriti), then there would not be any need for all these things as in such a stage, the essence of wise words shall be self realized and also resided in … But until such a stage of evolution, this one (pointing to the little student) shall have to continue within the every changeful rigmaroles of sounds of macrocosmic creation … Nonness of desires as such remains as detachment from aspects which relate to “know any further, to do any further, to be any further and to go any further … Unless such a stage arrives, Pratyahara as told in Yoga, can never be fully attained to, by an aspirant (i.e. Sadhaka)” …

The eternal guide continued even further … “And unless such a stage arrives, Karmateet Mukti (i.e. liberation which is beyond deeds and fruits) can also not be attained to … One has to be detached from all deeds and their fruits, so as to be finally liberated (i.e. finally isolated from allness and her each part or in other words, attain to Kaivalya Moksha) … And unless, Karmamukti is attained, what liberation is anyone talking about … This is because in absence of this Karmamukti, Karmadheen Mukti (i.e. partial liberation because the aspirant is still resting within doing deeds and reaping their fruits and thus the aspirant s not really resting in a state of detachment from allness and her each part) is all that would be attained by that aspirant” …

The eternal guide continued further … “And Karmadheen Mukti is definitely not the finality of Mukti (liberation) because such aspirants only end up leaving or going beyond this physical and also beyond those subtle realms, and then they end up attaining to one of those vast number of divine worlds, which as such do not denote a finality of the term, Kaivalya Moksha (i.e. final liberation) … To be a Kaivalya Mukta, one has to be a Karma Mukta (liberated from all deeds and fruits and thus liberated from the law of cause and effect and also liberated from its governing principle, i.e. principle of dependent origination)” …

The little student nodded for confirming understanding …

 

Continuing further …

But then the little student asked the eternal guide whilst pointing to Itself … “But as ‘That one (eternal guide)’ had told some time back, that, when there is no liberation for ‘this one (the little student)’, then what matters to this one (little student) and so far as as the present discussion stands?” …

The eternal guide replied “Then it is all the more required, as someone who shall desire his (or her) liberation, shall at least have it on his (or her) own merit … And this as such is the reason for your present return back to this world and this particular plane of existence” …

The little student gave a blank look to his eternal guide as he did not understand anything from what the eternal guide had told … So he requested the eternal guide to clarify further …

To this the eternal guide replied and told … “Listen to this carefully … Many-many aspirants across many-many millenniums have desired for their liberation and thus was the primary reason for your return back to this physical world” …

The eternal guide continued … “Liberation is always through a knowledge based path that is extremely subtle and unlike the paths that are of religions of this degenerate age cycle (that is, path of the present underway Kaliyuga) … For any knowledge to be extremely subtle, that knowledge has to rest in equanimity towards allness and her each part (i.e. the path has to rest in Sarva Samta or macro-equanimity) … To rest within equanimity towards allness and her each part, that knowledge has to be all pervading and all enveloping … For something to be all pervading and all enveloping, it needs to be based within allness and her each part … This was the reason for ‘That one (the eternal guide)’ to tell ‘This one (little student)’ to keep writing as and when his (little student’s) self realizations keep happening, because this is what was asked for from within the impressional mass which has been built over the last many-many millenniums and where that impressional mass also has inputs from many-many aspirants who desired their final liberation and from across those many-many millenniums that have taken to build up that mass of consciousness to its critical quantum and whose base desire is as a foundational request for the path of final liberation … This path of final liberation is the one which was desired by the ones who have built up this critical mass of consciousness, by whose effects this one (little student) has had to return back to this physical realm, this time around” …

The eternal guide continued further … “And due to this reason, as of now all those aspirants who were a party to build up of this critical mass of consciousness, have already returned back to this physical realm because their souls had already come to know that the time for attaining to the knowledge of final liberation, is already at hand and the renderer of that knowledge is already born somewhere in this particular physical world itself … This itself is the primary reason for the sudden rise of this worlds population during the last few decades after ‘this one (little student)’ had arrived to this world … And where ‘this one (little student) has arrived into this physical realm even when ‘this one (little student)’ had already beyond the stage of taking a regular birth (birth from womb of a physically present mother)” …

Then the eternal guide continued even further … “And because what was desired from the built up critical mass of consciousness had to be rendered to the inhabitants of this world, who had also returned back to get that knowledge of final liberation, so ‘this one (little student)’ also had to return back to this world … And further because, ‘this one (little student)’ had already gone past the stage of birth from womb of a physically present mother, so ‘this one (little student)’ also had no option but to return back to this physical world by adopting the path of transmigration of soul (which in Sanskrit language is termed as Parkaya Pravesh) … As ‘this one (little student)’ arrived to this physical realm, all the souls who were resting within the physical realms and were also awaiting the declaration of path of final liberation, also kept taking birth in this world so as to know the path … And thus ‘Be liberated’” …

The eternal guide continued further and told to listen very carefully … “The phrase “Be Liberated” means Karmateet Mukti and it is free from cause and effect because an aspirant just remains as what he (or she) essentially is, a fully liberated one … And on the contrary, the phrase “Get liberated” means Karmadheen Mukti, which itself rests in the endless path of doing deeds and reaping their fruits … Deeds lead to fruits, which in turn become as further reasons for further deeds and which in turn lead to manifestation of further fruits … And this is an endless process … So, deeds and fruits never denote a final liberation because that final liberation (Karmateet Mukti or Kaivalya Moksha) is beyond such deeds and fruits … Karmateet Mukti is to just be as you essentially were made within the supreme genius of Makersmakings, and as an eternally and fully liberated one, who has continued in an apparent state of bondage (i.e. non liberated state) due to ignorance to this fact that the eternally liberated Maker, could never make a microcosm, which was not like IT, a fully liberated one … So this one (Little student) is supposed to render the path of Karmateet Mukti and this was the reason for this one’s (little students) return back, this time around … But the path of attaining freedom from deeds and fruits, is also passing through what is being discussed here and is named as Hridayakasha Garbha Tantra by ‘That one (eternal guide)’” …

The eternal guide then told, now we shall discuss the origination of impressions of consciousness (i.e. origination of Samskara of Chitta) … Each desire, thought, emotion and deed leads to a very subtle seeded impression (Beeja Roopi Samskara) to get originated in the consciousness orb (Chitta) of that aspirants causal body (Antahkarana Chatushtaya) … Since the subtle impressional macrocosm is also present inside each aspirants microcosm, so when this impressions gets built up within the consciousness orb of an aspirants bliss sheath (Anandamaya Kosha), then the same impression is also reflected within the consciousness plane of that world (Bhu Chitta) where that aspirant is present … And over a period of time, through the efforts (desires etc.) of many aspirants, the root desire on which that impression was built also reaches its critical mass … This is the stage, when what was desired from within the impression, actually begins self manifesting in that particular world in whose consciousness plane that critical mass for that particular aspect was built up … And some sage who can deliver that which was asked for from within the root desire of that built up critical mass, is then recalled back to that world, within which that critical mass is built up … Thus was the reason for return back of ‘This one (little student)’ this time around” …

The little student was not liking this conversation, but his desire to know, is what kept him in the cave of womb ether of heart (Hridayakasha Garbha) and in divine presence of his eternal guide …

To this the guide replied … “This one (little student) in all his past transmigrated incarnations has always been away from name and fame, materials and immaterial aspects, but this one would be pretty different as the root cause of this currently developed consciousness mass (i.e. desire for the path of a final liberation) cannot allow this to happen, unless this one (little student) willingly de-incarnates by lifting up the vitality and pushing that vitality out of his thousand petalled crown chakra (Sahasrara chakra) … But prior to qualify to willingly de-incarnate, this one (little student) would also need to render all of those pending Guru Dakshina (return gift of a student to his or her Guru and which the student renders, exactly as was asked for by his or her guru) of his past incarnations, which as of now still remain pending … Thus, unless all of those pending Guru Dakshina are rendered in the right manner and just as was asked by those Gurujan of past transmigrated incarnations, this one (i.e. the little student) would never be able to willingly de-incarnate in this incarnation … So, during this return back, the better of options would be to just go with the flow of life and complete those pending Guru Dakshina … And at the same time, after completion of those pending Guru Dakshina within the current incarnation, the probability of a future return back to any of the gross, subtle and divine realms, would be negligible and this is also a matter of fact for any Yogi who returns back only to render his (or her) Guru Dakshina, which itself relates to the path of final liberation” …

The eternal guide continued further … “Thus, this one’s (little students) return back could only have been at the present times because after those millenniums of time spans that have passed when your Gurudeva of Tretayuga (Brahmarishi Vishvamitra) had asked for this Gurudakshina, now is when the critical mass of consciousness for the desire which relates to path of final liberation, has been able to be built up within the consciousness plane of this planetary system … And coincidentally, this is also what was the Guru Dakshina that was asked for by the Guru of your previous incarnation, and whom this world reverently addresses as Gautama Buddha … So, now listen carefully to whatever is told in this knowledge of Hridayakasha Garbha Tantra, because by itself, this knowledge this is the base of that path of liberation as is currently desired from within the critical mass of consciousness of this worlds consciousness plane” …

The eternal guide then said … “As was told earlier, whatever is desired, leads to generation of an impression within the consciousness orb (Chitta) of the bliss body (Anandmaye Kosha) and where that impression is also reflected as their impressions within the plane of consciousness of this world (i.e. Bhu Chitta) … Over a certain period of time, which is different for different types (subtle and gross types) of impressions, these impressions always arrive at their critical masses … When those impressions arrive at their critical masses, then whatever was the root desire of that group of impressions, always self manifests within that world … And if that root desire was related to manifestation of a very high knowledge system, i.e. the knowledge of path of final liberation, then someone (some higher sage) is always recalled back so as to deliver it to the world, but only to those who had asked for it and that too where this asking is from within the then developed critical quantum of consciousness … But because this one (little student) did not wish name or fame due to the fear of being worshipped in this world, so this was the reason for this one’s (little students) present return with a certain ignorance level and thus the present return back is as a little student who though has known everything within past incarnations, and yet has self adopted a certain quantum of ignorance, so as to prevent that state, which is most feared by this one (little student) and which would have been a definite probability, if that little ignorance was not self adopted prior transmigrating to this world” …

The little student knew this fact that in degenerate ages (Kaliyuga), such aspects are also a probability and thus nodded in agreement …

The eternal guide continued speaking … After those impressions (which relate to path of final liberation) had already arrived at their critical masses within that critical mass of consciousness plane of this world, then was the stage of this one’s (Little students) transmigration into this world … But during Kaliyuga, this path goes missing as the knowledge of wise words is also dissolved due to the effects of cycle of time (Kaalchakra and thus during Kaliyuga nobody ever knows the essence of wise words, which in turn leads to a stage of absence of manifestation of knowledge of essence of wise words, that ‘there is nowhere to go, nothing to do, no body to be’ … As a matter of fact, liberation is never gained by ones who have known all, but by ones who have not known all and yet are resting in essence of wise words” …

The eternal guide continued telling thus … “Those who know allness and her each part and thus they have self realized the essence of Yajurveda which states two aspects as told here …

‘Yatha Pinde Tatha Brahmande, Yatha Brahmande Tatha Pinde’

And which means …

‘As is microcosm So is macrocosm, As is macrocosm So is each microcosm’

And such ones also know the Mahavakya of Yajurveda, which was thus told by the Vedic sages …

Aham Brahmasmi

And which means …

I Am That … I Am Absolute … This soul is the supreme soul … Atman is Brahman

Such ones who have self-known both of above go beyond both aspects of and liberation and they also walk beyond the concepts of bondage and liberation … Such are the ones who are recalled in such circumstances, such as deliverance of the knowledge of path of a final liberation …

Such ones become the macrocosm even when they may seem to be existent in their tiny apparently microcosmic incarnated state … Such ones are like the entire macrocosm even while they remain apparent in their tiny human microcosm … And at the same time, they know through their own direct cognition, that their own innermost essence (i.e. Atman) is none other than the final essence of allness and her each part (i.e. Parabrahman) … Any aspirant who has known this through his (or her) direct cognition of this reality, walks free of both bondage and liberation and also walks free of the concepts of bondage and liberation … And this is because, such an aspirant is also the knower of his (or her) own eternally liberated state even in his (or her) apparent state of bondage in a human microcosm … Thus, such an aspirants knows the reality that he (or she) is the eternally liberated one and was only seeing himself (or herself) as non liberated, due to the of his (or her) apparently bonded state, which itself is an utter non reality” …

The eternal guide continued further … “This itself is because until the Prana become one, just as they were within their originality and prior they had divided into many (as per their own desire), final liberation can never be possible … Only when these Prana become one, do they arrive at a state of macro-neutrality towards each other and which itself is the primary requirement of entering into the last path (Brahmanpath) and which itself is the path of liberation (Muktimarg) … Unless macro-neutrality (or macro-equanimity, which means as a state of equanimity towards allness and her each part) is arrived at by an aspirant, that aspirants Prana can never turn diamond white in color … Diamond white is the color of the ‘four faced grandfather and creator of allness (i.e. Chatur Mukha Pitamah Brahma) … Unless ones inner state arrives at sameness to the state of creator, what union to creator is anyone talking about … Unless the aspirants inner union happens to the creator, how can that aspirant walk free of the creation of creator … Unless one walks free of the creation of creator, what liberation is anyone talking about” …

The eternal guide continued even further … “Thus, unless Prana turn into their original diamond white colored state, just as was prior they had divided to be many, one can never ‘be liberated’ … And in such a state, one can only remain in paths that relate to the earlier discussed phrase of “Get liberated” … The former case of “Be liberated’ is denoting Karma Mukti (i.e. Karmateet Mukti) and the latter phrase of “Get liberated’ is only denoting Karmadheen Mukti … The latter is not even a liberation in the real sense” …

The eternal guide continued even further and told thus … “When Prana arrive at equanimity towards allness (i.e. Sarva Samta), then they return back to their original diamond white color or the color that was prior the Prana had divided, so as to be many and which was told by Vedic sages as ‘Ekohum Bahusyami’… This leads to the self manifestation of the diamond white body (i.e. diamond white Siddha body or the diamond white Buddha body as it is also called in Buddhist lore) … Diamond white body, is denoting the accomplishment of being the creator in a human form (i.e. it is the body of creator or Brahma Sharira) … And it is this body which travels to the abode of creator (Brahmaloka) so as to be one with the creator and this diamond white Siddha body finally dissolves dissolved into the creator (Brahma) … This dissolving is by travelling into and thence entering into the divine abode of creator (Brahma Loka) and dissolving into the creator (Pitamah Brahma) itself” …

The eternal guide told … Listen carefully … Unless within an aspirant, a Siddha Sharira (Siddha body) which relates to a divine world is self manifested, that aspirant can never self realize that divine world or its controlling deity (i.e. divine controller of that divine world) … Unless this happens, the part of macrocosm which relates to that divine world and is present within the aspirants microcosm, can never get reabsorbed back into its own principal state (i.e. the subject divine world) … Unless this happens, that aspirant cannot be free of that part of macrocosm, which relates to that divine world … So, due to this reason, within the path of liberation, many-many such Siddha bodies (Siddha Sharira) get self manifested within an aspirants microcosm and thence these Siddha bodies also become absorbed into their respective macrocosmic principal states … When all the Siddha bodies which relate to the primary macrocosmic states are already dissolved into their respective macrocosmic principals, only then does the aspirant walk alone, Himself within Himself and as a fully liberated one … Unless the subtle impressional macrocosmic states, which are resting in the microcosm of an aspirant are dissolved into their respective macrocosmic principals, how can that aspirant become free of the macrocosm … Unless one is free of the entire macrocosm, which also relates to the gross (Physical), subtle (spirit) and divine macrocosm, what liberation is anyone talking about” …

The eternal guide continued even further and said … “And since the creator is the one who has created the entire macrocosm, and that too as his own self expression as the macrocosm, so when the diamond white body gets dissolved into the creator, then only does any aspirant arrive at the stage which earlier on was told as “Be liberated” … And since the diamond white body is nothing but a macro-equanimous state of Prana, which is being discussed here and in this knowledge of Hridayakasha Garbha Tantra, so this is the reason for this discussion to be a very important one as this topic (of Hridayakasha Garbha Tantra) is also denoting the path of liberation, as was asked for from within the developed consciousness mass … And thus is the significance of the present discussion on the Vedic statement of ‘Ekohum Bahusyami’, which means ‘I Am One, but I desired to be many’ … This self realization of what is meant by this Vedic statement also denotes the path of liberation and this statement also denotes the act about a final unity of an aspirant to allness and her each part” …

The eternal guide continued further and told … “Unless one is having an ‘inner unity to allness and her each part’, one can neither attain to ‘equanimity towards allness and her each part’ not can one attain to ‘detachment from allness and her each part’ … Just think about this fact, how can anyone be detached from something, unless one is attached to that thing … And since final liberation means a state of isolation (or detachment) from allness and her each part, so one cannot even “Be liberated (i.e. detached from allness and her each part or isolated from allness and her each part’ unless one has already self realized a prior inner unity to allness and her each part … Thus, final liberation, which as such a a final detachment or isolation from allness and her each part, can never be achieved prior one has already become unioned to allness and her each part and the reason for this is the same as what was stated earlier, that, how can anyone be detached to something, prior one is already attached or united to that thing … And the path of this unity always passes through the pristine abode of creator (i.e. Brahmaloka) which is also many of the lore’s that relate to Vedas is also addressed as Sadyojata face of Sadashiva and which in Kashmir Shaivism is also addressed as Sadyojata face of Shiva … Thus, like every other topic of this ones (Little student) written text, this topic is also an intrinsic part of the vast knowledge of Pancha Mukha Sadashiva (i.e. five faces of Sadashiva) and which in some lore’s is also addressed as Pancha Mukha Shiva (five faces of Shiva) and also addressed as Pancha Brahma (Five faces of Brahma) … Thus the knowledge of Prana as is told here, also relates to Sadashiva (i.e. the eternal aspect of Guru Shiva)” …

The little student was amazed as he looked at the divine face of his eternal guide and thought … Wow, what a Guru I have found within my own cave of heart …

 

And the eternal guide continued … “And because these Prana desired to be many, so this topic would also be longer than others because there is too much to be told here … And all the believed gods are also no different, as these were desired such by the ones who have begun as a microcosm and thus there really are many of these greater entities (Gods) who also keep rendering their paths, which itself are as per the demands of that particular cycle of time (or the wheel of time or Kaalchakra)” …

And then the eternal guide said smiling “They are also one, but were desired to be many … And thus many they also became as per the effects of the same Vedic statement of “Eko Hum Bahusyami’… This statement is the root or foundation of all diversity that we see within the entire macrocosm, including but not limited to religions, paths, systems, microcosm’s, worlds, planes and universes … And thus, the path of evolution and exit from allness, is also resting in the same Vedic statement” …

The little student nodded for confirming understanding …

The eternal guide smiled and said “It always is better to question, than to hold a query within” and then he laughed … And then the little student also smiled back at his wonderfully knowledgeable eternal guide …

 

Then the eternal guide further said … “Now look at the connections of this 5th sub vital air to other caves” …

The little student saw and replied … “Cannot see any” …

The eternal guide said “Yes, there are no direct connections of any Upa Prana’s or sub vital airs to any other cave … However indirect connection to other caves, is definitely there, but this indirect connection is only through the Prana’s or vital airs … This is because of the fact. that, these sub vital airs are connected to their respective Prana’s, even when these are out of the caves of their own prana (or vital airs) …  These Upa Prana’s or sub vital airs just serve their respective Prana’s or vital airs and that there is no other job for these sub vital airs or Upa Prana” …

To study what was told by the eternal guide, the little student slowly studied all those Upa Prana’s (or sub vital airs) and nodded of understanding …

The eternal guide then told … “This 5th sub vital air (or Dhananjaya Upa Prana) is enveloping all other vital and sub vital airs (Prana’s and Upa Prana’s) except the 5th, as also this 5th sub vital air (or 5th Upa Prana) is enveloping all the sub vital airs (or other four Upa Prana) … However this 5th sub vital air is not attached to any of these Prana’s or vital airs that are enveloped by it … And the reason for this is that this 5th sub vital air is also the same Upa Prana (or sub vital air) which is with any other prana (or vital air), but these are addressed differently only because of those different vital airs, that these sub vital airs are serving … All these sub vital airs are of the same subtlety, so these really are the same when they are viewed from their subtlety, but yet these are addressed differently due to the differences that are within the jobs that these sub vital airs do” …

And then the guide said “Note also the subtlety of this 5th sub vital air” …

The little student did as was told …

The eternal guide continued further and said … “This 5th Upa Prana has maximum turbulence within it and still it is the calmer of all these airs due to its larger volume as compared to other sub vital airs” …

And then the guide pointed to the other sub vital airs and said “look at the turbulences within the other sub vital airs and compare to the 5th sub vita air” …

The little student looked and saw that flows in this 5th sub vital air seem to be in lesser turbulence (as compared to other sub vital airs) and understood what was told by the eternal guide …

And then the eternal continued with the lecture … “This lessness of turbulence is not due to lessness of flows within this 5th sub vital air, but is due to the larger volume of this 5th sub vital air as compared to the other sub vital airs … Due to its larger volume as compared to other sub vital airs, lesser turbulence is visible even when this 5th sub vital air has much higher quantum of flows within it (as compared to other four sub vital airs)” …

The little student understood and nodded …

The eternal guide said “Other sub vital airs have lesser quantum of turbulences, but due to the lesser volumes of the other sub vital airs, these turbulences are apparent as much higher when we compare this aspect to the 5th sub vital air … However as we can see from here, this 5th sub vital air is having the largest quantum flows and still it is apparently calmer than the rest” …

And then the eternal guide continued … “Even though this 5th sub vital air is a sub vital air only (and is not a vital air) but still it is larger in dimensions as compared to all of the other four vital airs (but of course, other than the 5th prana or 5th vital air) … And even when its size is higher, yet this 5th sub vital air is a sub, as it is working as the sub prana or the sub vital air of the 5th prana or vital air” …

The student was quick and asked “So that means the size does not matter?” …

The eternal guide replied “Yes it does, but it is was not a sub” …

And then the eternal guide smiled while pointing to the student said … “As this one thinks that he is ‘Of That one (eternal guide)’” …

And the student understood this as equality of the two references and nodded in affirmative to which the guide said … “As each works, so it shall be … As is ones job, so is ones status … And within differences of jobs, the individual size does not matter as long as the macrocosmic status remains in sameness … However within the sameness of jobs or deeds, it does” …

And whilst continually smiling the guide continued further … “However when one arrives at a macro-neutrality, the size has never mattered, as then there is just the same one there primordially was and just as was prior the desire to be many … Thus the stages when one is still evolving, there is a state of being many … But after the process of evolution is evolved over, oneness is all that remains … And this final oneness, is the same as the oneness that originally was prior that originally one, had become many and which itself was due to the desire which in Vedas is told as ‘Eko Hum Bahusyami or as it desired to be many, thus many it eventually became’ … And this desire to be many was also as a proof of a non-macro-neutral state at that time of desiring because when already resting ones consciousness within macro-equanimity, oneness of allness and its all parts, is all that is resided in … Due to this reason, equanimity (or Samta) has always been an intrinsic part of the path of evolution and liberation as was told by ancient self realized, all realized sages … And since the same individuality and a simultaneous macro-equanimity is also present within the Maker’s Makings, so due to this reason the macrocosmic creation is also based upon and within the state of Pluralistic monism … Pluralism leads to the apparently manifested diversity of those ‘many (i.e. individual microcosms)’ and Monism leads to oneness of all diversities, which as such is the reason for an underlying unity of all … Thus, the Makersmakings are also resting in the statement of ‘unity in diversity and diverse paths also leading to the ever-same final unity’ … This by itself is the reason for another Vedic statement which was thus told …

 

Ekam Sat Viprah Bahudaha Vadanti

Which means …

The final truth is one, but sages have called it by different names

 

And this also means …

All those apparently different paths eventually lead to the same final truth

And which also means … Apparent differences have no bearing on the end result, because of the fact, that …

Eventually … All paths lead to the same home

 

The eternal guide then caught the tiny hand of this little students and said … “Enough of this discussion … Now let’s go to the next Prana (or next vital air) …

Then after this, the eternal guide began walking in a direction and with the little student still meditatively clinging on to that considerably larger hand of his most revered Guru …
