Revolution of Milky Way

This topic shall discuss the time it taken to complete one revolution of Milky Way … This time of Milky Way revolution is also an intrinsic part of the same Vedic Kaalchakra …

This topic continues from the previous one of “Astronomical ages of astrological planets” …

96-AA-1 … Staff of fire around which the revolution of Milky Way takes place …

The point of revolution of Milky Way can be described as follows …

  • The Milky Way revolves around the non-lighted central part of the universe …
  • This non lighted central part of universe is having a “staff of fire” inside it …
  • Thus, it eventually is around this staff of fire that the Milky Way revolves …
  • All galaxies also revolve around the same staff of fire …

96-AA-2 … Origin of staff of fire … Lingodbhava … Origin of the Universal Shivalingam …

Prior I begin these discussions, I need to clarify the meaning of the Sanskrit word “Lingam” … The Sanskrit word “Lingam” means “Symbol” … The Sanskrit word, “Linga (or Lingam)” which means Symbol, also refers to that “which denotes something” … This is the primary meaning of Sanskrit word “Lingam” …

That stage when Shiva had originally self manifested himself in the form of a Lingam, is the stage of Lingodbhava …

And this symbol which formed during Lingodbhava, was when Shiva had self-manifested himself as a “vast-infinite sized staff of fire” and where that “staff of fire” itself was none other than a self-manifestation of Lord Shiva as his own Lingam (or macrocosmic symbol) … It was this Lingam which came to be addressed Shivalingam in Vedas and there the word Shivalingam literally means as the “Symbol of Auspiciousness (or in other words, the “Symbol of Shiva”) …

Within the Vedic lore, there is a description of self-manifestation of Shiva as his own Lingam and this was termed as Lingodbhava, which denotes a staff of fire that is thus described …

Once the creator deity (Pitamah Brahma Ji) and the preserver deity (Sri Bhagwan Vishnu) had a dispute about who was greater … So to settle their dispute they approached the “ever-all and eternally-auspicious one” who is addressed as Shiva in Vedas …

So to check this fact, Shiva took the form of a Lingam which was as a vast staff of fire and which stretched from unfathomable depths of infinity until the incalculable heights of infinity and thus it was an omnipresent Lingam …

This is from where the Vedic Shivalingam originally came by and since this stage was of the original self-manifestation of “Lord Shiva as a Lingam (Shivalingam)” so within the Vedas this stage is named as “Lingodbhava (or self-expression, self-manifestation and self-presence of Lord Shiva as a Shivalingam)” …

And it was decided that one who could reach the topmost or bottom most part of that Lingam, would be greater amongst the other two deities of Vedic Trinity …

So to check this fact, Brahma took the form of a “Hamsa (which in English language is interpreted as a Yogic Swan)” and flew towards the top so as to find the topmost end of that staff of fire (or Shivalingam) … And Sri Vishnu took the form of “Varaha (Divine Boar)” and went to the bottom side so as to find bottom most the end of that same staff of fire (or Shivalingam) … And Shiva stay put in the form of his own infinite staff of fire (i.e. Lingam) …

But after much travel and across much time, both Brahma and Vishnu could find the ends of their sides of that staff of fire (i.e. Shivalingam) … Thus eventually both accepted defeat …

96-AA-3 … Omnipresent nature of Lingodbhava …

This staff of fire (Shivalingam) is infinite in its nature … Infinite is that whose ends cannot ever be known …

We had also discussed in earlier topics, that one who is infinite, itself is the one who is omnipresent, omnidirectional and eternal …

And we had also discussed in earlier topics, that one who is denoting the union of eternal (finality of dimension of time), omnipresence (finality of dimension of state), infinite (finality of dimension of space) and omni-directional (finality of dimension of directions or ways of life) itself is the one who is omnipotent

And the reason of this omnipotence which we had also discussed in earlier topics, was that when the finalities of the four primary dimensions unite to each other, then the final result is of omnipotence only …

Proceeding further …

Since that staff of fire which manifested during this stage of Lingodbhava, was actually infinite in its size, so it also denoted the eternal, omnipresent and omnidirectional state of itself … And since it was infinite, omnipresent, omnidirectional and eternal, so that staff itself denoted the omnipotent state of Shiva …

Thus because of above, Vedas have stated that “Shiva and Shakti” are one and the same … Shakti means omnipotence and Shiva means bearer of omnipotence (or Shaktimaan) … This itself is because Shakti is Shiva and Shiva also is no different from Shakti (Just as the sun and its light are inseparable, so is the essential inseparability of divine and its own divinity, or in other words, Shaktimaan (i.e. Shiva) and His own Shakti …

And eventually, when the ends of this staff could not be found by Brahma and Vishnu, they accepted Shiva as the greater amongst them …

Proceeding further …

And since this staff was omnipresent, so it is also present within all that ever is originated within Maker’s Makings … Some of the presence of this staff of fire is as follows …

Within the human microcosm … This staff is in the following state whilst it is present “inside and around” the spinal column …

  • Outermost later is of red color … This layer denotes Rudra Deva and it is the Tejas Naadi (or heat channel or sun channel or Pingala Naadi or right hand channel) … And Rudra who himself is “Shambhu (Swayambhu Deva or self manifested one)” and is also Allah Tala of Islam … The same Rudra is also addressed as Buddha ALA (within the Tantric Buddhist lore’s) and Rudra itself is the one who is addressed as Red Kachina within the Native American lore’s …
  • Continuing with above paragraph … Rudra also denotes 99th hierarchical level of the supreme genius of Maker’s Makings … And since Rudra had gotten self manifested out of Aghora face of Sadashiva and since the sound of Aghora itself is of Ahum, so this is also the reason that this “Sound of Ahum” is also relating to both Rudra and Aghora, or in other simple words, Ahum Naad, which means as the subtle sound of Ahum is of the “Aghora face of Shiva is of  itself” …
  • Middle layer is of yellow color … This layer denotes Devaraja Indra (who in simple worlds, is also addressed as Indra Deva, who himself is the king or ruler of all divine worlds and divine beings) … Indra is the deity of Ida Naadi and thus Indra was also addressed as “Idandra Deva” in ancient times … The Sanskrit word which is stated as “Idandra” means “inner divine ruler of Ida Naadi (or coldness channel or moon channel or left hand channel) … And Indra denotes the 100th hierarchical level of the supreme genius of Maker’s Makings
  • Then inner to above yellow colored layer, is a layer of subtle white color which denotes Para Prakriti which is also present inside each microcosm … Para Prakriti means “Beyond nature or nature of beyond” and it relates to the 9th sphere of Maker’s Makings, which is also addressed as “cloud nine (in Buddhist lore’s)” …
  • Inner to this is the non lighted state of emptiness (which in other words is also termed as Shunya Tattva, Shunyata, Sarva Shunya and also as Shunya) …
  • In-between above bullet point (i.e. non lighted state of emptiness) and below bullet point (diamond white state of Sadyojata) there is a very subtle layer of smoky color (light grey color) … This relates to Vamadeva face of Sadashiva
  • And inner to this is a diamond white cord which is enveloped by a bright golden colored light … The diamond white cord is Chitrini Naadi of Yoga Tantra and this Chitrini Naadi (Naadi means subtle channel) is the real (innermost) part of subtle channel of Lord Shiva which is present in human microcosm …

Continuing with above bullet point … The word Chitrini means that which relates to Purified-Chitta (or conscious principle) which itself is Shiva … And the golden cord was already discussed in earlier set of topics on “Raam Naad”, and also in another set of topics of “Shiva Taraka Naad” and which itself is in addition to another set of topics of “Ashtama Chakra” … The golden cord as was shown in those earlier set of topics is of Maheshwara form of Shiva (Maheshwara aspect of Shiva is also addressed as Tatpurusha face of Sadashiva) and the diamond white cord as was shown in the same set of topics is of Sadyojata face of Sadashiva … The golden layer denotes 101st channel or 101st hierarchy of Maker’s Makings which relates to Hiranyagarbha Brahma (who in English language can also be called as the golden womb of macrocosmic creation) … Hiranyagarbha of Vedas, itself is the one addressed as Ukar (or Okar, which means as the sound of O) and this Sound of O, is also the one which is of the east facing, golden colored Tatpurusha face of Shiva

Continuing with above paragraph … This diamond white Naadi (Chitrini Naad) is having two shades, of which one has been addressed as Brahma Naadi (i.e. Channel of Brahma and which leads to the diamond white colored pristine abode of creator of allness or Brahmaloka) and other as Chitrini Naadi (Channel of diamond white colored Sadyojata) …

Continuing with above paragraph … But since the Sadyojata face (of Sadashiva) is the one that is also called as Brahmaloka, so in an earlier topic, we had discussed these two within a single topic of “Sadyojata face of Sadashiva … Brahmaloka” … Due to this reason of sameness of state which these two terms (i.e. Brahma Naadi and Chitrini Naadi) denote, some Yogic texts call this as Chitrini Naadi (of Lord Shiva) and some Yogic texts call it as Brahma Naadi (of Pitamah Brahma) … These two words eventually denote the same channel, even when there is a slight difference of shades of diamond white color of these two states of our discussed subtle channel (or Naadi) … And since Brahma has self-manifested out of Sadyojata face of Shiva, so whether we relate this channel to Sadyojata (i.e. Shiva) or to Brahma (who self-manifests out of Sadyojata) the channel still remains the same diamond white colored one …

Above is how it is within each microcosm, but there are some variations as discussed below …

Proceeding further …

But within any Galaxy, after the “supreme preservation principle (i.e. Sri Vishnu Siddhant)” takes over and thus that galaxy becomes fit to hold animate-conscious-knowledgeable-active life in it, then there is a slight difference with above description … This difference is as follows …

  • The most central part of the galaxy is of non lightness which had diamond white specs in it and also lightly around it …
  • Then is the layer of orange and yellow …
  • The above is the condition of staff of fire (Lingodbhava) when it is present in any Galaxy which has “already been” taken over by the “supreme preservation principle (i.e. Stithi Siddhant or Sri Vishnu Siddhant)” …
  • This is what was told as “Vishnulingam (Symbol of Sri Vishnu)” and this is the reason for a single-staff (staff of absolute non duality) to be held by all followers of Advaita Vedanta and it is also due to this reason, this staff of Advaita Vedantin’s is either covered by an orange colored cloth and/or by a yellow colored cloth …
  • If any astronomer would observe the outer layers of our galaxy, then this orange and yellow color would be seen very clearly …

Proceeding further …

But within the universe, the same staff is as a staff of fire that is described in Vedas …

It is of a state which looks like fine rays of red and yellow color are fully merged to each other … This is the same as the light which rises from the front of a heart of a Yogi as was described in the painted sketch of earlier topic of “Guha Kaivalya, which means as the cave of Isolation from all that is or could ever be (or in other words, The cave of Liberation)” …

And in between this union of red and yellow colored states, is the state where the multi-universal macrocosmic creation resides … This is what was depicted in the first painted sketch of the earlier topic “Lingams within and beyond” which as such describes the multi-universe, when viewed from outside of this universe …

Proceeding further …

Thus basis above, since it is the same Lingam within its different states when it is present inside different microcosms (i.e. right from atom and till the universe) so this Lingam which manifested during the stage of “Lingodbhava” is a universal omnipresent one … And it was due to this reason, the neither of Brahma or Vishnu could find the ends of this Lingam …

This staff of fire is present in the middle of each universe, each galaxy and is also present in the middle of each microcosm …

And it is around this staff of fire (of Lingodbhava) which is also present at the center of our universe, that the Milky Way Galaxy revolves …

96-BB-1 … Time span of Milky Way revolution at the middle time units …

As per Vedic lore, neither is the “present creator (present Brahma)” the first, nor would he be the last …

Vedas also say that countless Brahma’s have already come and gone till now …

Thus basis above, Brahma should have a fixed lifetime … The time span of any single Brahma is as follows …

Life time of a single Brahma = 12,000 Surya Samvatsara (or in other words, 12,000 Maha Kalpa or Mahakalpa) …

Above becomes as follows …

12,000 x 25.920 billion = 311,040 billion human solar years

or in other words, 311.040 trillion human solar years (at middle time units of precession or equinoxes) …

When a Brahma ends his lifetime, then the entire multi-universal macrocosmic creation dissolutes back into Shunya Brahman (i.e. Sriman Naaraayana) … This stage of dissolution within Sriman Naaraayana is the one that has been called as Mahapralaya in Vedic lore’s …

Proceeding further …

Brahma has a life time of 100 Brahma years … So above derived time span is of 100 Brahma years …

Now we shall calculate the time span of 1 Brahma year …

311.040 trillion / 100 = 3.11040 trillion human solar years

Proceeding further …

Above is the time of one full revolution of Milky Way around the central non lighted yet fiery staff of the universe …

This path of Milky Way was also esoterically told to of mathematical symbol of infinity (just as we had discussed for the revolution of sun) …

Thus above time span (of 3.11040 trillion human solar years) denotes one-full-revolution of Milky Way around the center of the universe within the esoteric knowledge that itself is of the mathematical symbol of infinity

And the path of Milky Way around universal center, is also of a sine wave pattern (just as was discussed in earlier topic “Sinusoidal paths” ) …

So one half-revolution of Milky Way is …

3.11040 / 2 = 1.5552 trillion human solar years

Above time of this time in Surya Samvatsara (which in Sanskrit lore’s is also called as a Maha Kalpa) is equal to …

1.5552 trillion / 25.92 billion = 60 Surya Samvatsara …

Proceeding further …

Thus basis above is below conclusion (But at middle time units of earth’s axial precession) …

  • 60 full cycles of sun within its path of infinity is the time which is also equal to one Surya Samvatsara as calculated below …

60 x 432 million = 25,920 million = 25.92 billion human solar years …

  • 60 full Surya Samvatsara are equal to one-half revolution of Milky Way (within itself is and has ever remained within its esoteric path that is subtly denoted by the mathematical symbol of infinity) around the center of the universe as calculated below …

60 x 25.92 billion = 1555.2 billion human solar years

  • So double of above bullet point is the time taken for one full-revolution of Milky Way around the center of the universe as calculated below …

1555.2 x 2 = 3110.4 billion human solar years …

96-BB-2 … Time span of revolution of Milky way at current time units …

At current time units, above derived values become as follows …

{(Time at middle time units / unitary value at middle time units)} x unitary value at current time units}

  • Half-revolution of Milky Way within its path of infinity

{(1555.2 / 66.6666667) x 71.6} = 1670.2848 billion human solar years

  • Full-revolution of Milky Way within its path of infinity

{(3110.4 / 66.6666667) x 71.6} = 3340.5696 billion human solar years

Note: Time of Milky Way revolution at Nadir and Zenith time units of precession can be calculated by above given method, but by using the time units of those phases of precession … I won’t be doing this calculation here …
